Admission Procedures
Checklist for Incoming Ninth Grade Students:
The following items are required before the Admission Committee can consider an applicant's file complete:
- Application
- Academic records: for 7th and 8th grades. Parents are responsible for requesting these records directly from the child's school(s) if the child is not currently enrolled in a Catholic elementary school in South Florida.
- Entrance examination: Registration and a $50 testing fee are required. Check Admissions page for
upcoming date.
- Other Information: Submit any other materials that you think would be helpful to the Admissions Committee in making our decision. Such materials can include but are not limited to: letters of recommendation, awards, commendations, standardized test results, and pictures illustrating your involvement in activities.
Process
The Admissions Committe will review all information submitted in making its acceptance decisions. Families will be notified by mail when a decision is made.
Checklist for Transfer Students:
The following items are required before the Admission Committee can consider an applicant's file complete:
- Application and $50 application fee
- Academic records: high school transcripts for grades up to and including the most recently completed semester. Parents are responsible for requesting these records directly from the child's school(s).
- Other Information: Submit any other materials that you think would be helpful to the Admissions Committee in making our decision. Such materials can include but are not limited to: letters of recommendation, awards, commendations, standardized test results, and pictures illustrating your involvement in activities.
- Interview: Once application is received the interviews will be scheduled.
Process
The Admissions Committe will review all information submitted in making its acceptance decisions. Families will be notified by mail when a decision is made.
